This is your invitation to join Canada's organized presence at the Winter Fancy Food Show (WFFS) in San Francisco, from January 20 to 22, 2013.

The WFFS is an important North American specialty food and beverage event, attracting more than 17,000 attendees from around the world. This is an opportunity to meet senior representatives from every segment of the food service industry – retailers, restaurateurs, brokers, wholesalers, importers and other distributors of specialty-gourmet, ethnic, natural and organic food, snacks and beverages.

Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada will manage the Canada Pavilion at the WFFS 2013. At a competitive and reasonable price, exhibitors will benefit from a package of high quality services including:

• Exhibitor space on the international floor
• Hard-wall construction, carpeting, company signage, basic electricity, shelves, table and chairs, a wastebasket, and daily booth cleaning
• Exhibitor badges
• Show and catalogue registration
• Increased exposure as a pavilion member
• Support services from the Consulates General of Canada in the United States and Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada
• In-depth education session followed by organized retail tours - Friday, January 18, 2013
• Self-funded Exhibitor Briefing Dinner – Friday, January 18, 2013
• Business Builders 1-to-1 program – Saturday, January 19, 2013
• Facilitating application process for membership with National Association for the Specialty Food Trade (NASFT)
• On-site and on-going marketing support

Booth space is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, upon receipt of the completed Application for Space and Participation Agreement as well as payment of the participation fee in full. The cost for participation has been set at:

• C$5,000 for a standard 10' x 10' turn-key booth SOLD OUT
• C$5,750 for a corner 10' x 10' turn-key booth SOLD OUT
